You must be 18 years old or older to enter and a legal resident of the United States of America. Proof of ID will be required in order to claim a prize. Employees of Lulufitness.com are not eligible. To enter, please fill out and submit the entry form provided on the home page. Your entry must contain your first and last name, your street address, city, state, zip code, your birth date and a valid e-mail address. If entries are incomplete or incorrect for any reason they will be disqualified. Entries received by phone, fax, and mail or other than the provided entry on the Lulufitness.com site will not be accepted. Lulufitness.com is not responsible for lost or late entries. 2. Deadline- Sweepstakes starts 12:00am, July 28, 2009, entries must be in by 12:00am Eastern Standard time on January 1st, 2010. All late entries will be disqualified. If there is a disqualification, Lulufitness.com reserves the right to randomly select another winner(s). 3. Prize List- One prize of a $20 Visa® gift card per winner. There will be ten winners selected from a random drawing from a computer software system. The winner(s) must provide a valid street address where the prize money will be mailed to within the United States. 4. Notification- Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail, it is the responsibility of the person to provide a valid e-mail address and return an email response to winning. Lulufitness.com is not responsible if email does not make it to the winner(s) due to spam or junk mail filters. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to alter appropriate settings so that all@lulufitness.com is allowed in their email box and not filtered out. Odds of winning- You may enter as many times as you like, however, only one prize per person is awarded.
